Palisades Overlook
Petit Jean State Park, Arkansas
These photo's were taken from the Palisades Overlook at Petit Jean State Park in Arkansas where the roads 154 and 155 meet. It is breathtakingly beautiful there. How is this tree growing from the rock?
The following photo's are of two quaint little stores located on 154. They are on the left side of the road as you are headed to the lookout. Both are nestled among the trees a little back from the road but they are easy to spot. The top one is called The Outpost and we stopped here and I had an opportunity to briefly talk with the owners. They declined having their picture taken but they were very nice people.
