Here a few of the questions I get asked a lot. What if I don't like my pictures?
This is the easiest question to answer. If you don't like your pictures then don't buy them. Unlike many other studios, I have no minimum purchase requirement and I don't demand pre-payment.
Here's how it goes: You call and we set up your photo session. On the day of your session, you pay the session fee. At that time we set up an appt for you to come back and view your photo's. At the viewing you decide which photo's you like and we discuss which package you would like to purchase. Payment for your print order is due at that time. But you will know at the viewing whether or not you like the photo's. If you don't like your photo's I would greatly appreciate your telling me why. If it is something I have done wrong (maybe you didn't like the poses, or you thought they were too dark or too light etc) we can perhaps work to fix the problem. I want you to be happy.

Do I have to order my portraits on the same day of the viewing?
Sometimes it's hard to make up your mind when first viewing your photo's, and you might want to ponder which ones to order for family members. You may need a little time to decide, and I'm prepared to give it. Feel free to order on the day of your viewing if you are ready. Otherwise, you may order over the phone, by mail, or by appointment on another day.
Can you do black and white portraits?
Your session will be photographed in color, however any image can be printed in black and white or sepia tone (brownish antique tone.)
What if I want something a little different?
I love it when I hear that! I would love to discuss your ideas with you in advance of your session. You may schedule a time to drop by, or call and tell me what you have in mind. By the time you arrive for your session, we will know exactly what you are looking for. Whether it's taken on a simple white background or in the front of your convertible, the options are endless! And one more thing: Don't forget Spot! Pets are welcome!
What if I have to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Life sometimes throws us curve balls and you shouldn't be punished for that. I will work with you any way I can so we can find another, more convenient, date for your appointment. There is no cancellation fee. All I ask is that you call and let me know so I can give another client your vacated appointment.
I want a large package but I don't have all the money at the viewing.
Not a problem. We can work something out. Every case is unique so I can't give you an exact answer here but rest assured that I will work with you so that you get what you want.
I want several pictures but none of your packages are quite right for me.
Then we can modify a package just for you. There's no need in buying pictures you don't need or settling for a package that doesn't quite suit you. Do you want an extra 5x7 for Aunt Margaret? No problem. Once you purchase a package, you qualify for lower prices on additional prints. Maybe you like a certain package but don't need so many wallets. No problem. We can either take some wallets off and reduce the price or maybe substitute them for something else you want.
